On December 8, 2017 we convened 30 leaders in the out-of-school time (OST) community of Cambridge to participate in a professional development planning day. The day was designed to support OST leaders to reflect on, and plan for, their meaningful engagement in professional development.

This template provides some common categories to begin to identify what organizations may be doing, or what they wish you were doing, with professional development.
Kelly joined Agenda for Children OST in 2016 as the Impact & Evaluation Adviser, where she is responsible for developing the organization's research and evaluation agenda and crafting the impact and story-telling strategy. She has 10 years’ experience as an educator and researcher, with a particular focus on leading participatory and child-centered cross-cultural research and education programs in Australia and South-East Asia.
