Professional Development Reports

Agenda for Children OST recognizes the participation of out-of-school time organizations involved in our professional development programs by providing three types of annual professional development reports:

  1. Overview - Overview of all staff's participation from one organization
  2. Transcripts - Transcripts for individual staff
  3. Certificates - Certificates for individual staff

These reports reflect the hours spent by OST staff participating in professional development activities facilitated and led by Agenda for Children OST trainers, coaches and facilitators. To learn more about the experience and credentials of our team, please see Who We Are.

For the Department of Early Education licensing requirements, please note the following acronyms and definitions of our professional development programs below:
  • QIS: Quality Improvement System, includes 1:1 coaching and workshops. (A note for QIS Integration Sites: These reports only include QIS hours for which the coach was present, not for activities the site led independently)
  • CoP: Communities of Practice, includes instructor-led community of practice.
  • Training: Includes lectures and classroom discussion.
  • Symposium: Includes conference workshops.
  • MSN: Middle School Network, includes instructor-led community of practice.
  • ESON:  Elementary School OST Network, includes instructor-led community of practice.
