Committing to Racial EquityIn this story, parents in our community open up about ways in which out-of-school time programs can work towards racial equity. They talk about the importance of centering youth of color in programming by establishing trust and responsive systems of accountability. Engaging parents and making explicit commitments to promote racial equity are key steps when moving forward to create change.
