Talking With Kids About Race
In this short story, Mark talks about the importance of talking with our children and youth about racism and equality. Mark points out that talking about these topics should happen earlier on, tailoring conversations to the child’s age group. Some of these conversations are difficult to have and it is important to build community with families so they and their youth feel supported.
