OST Learning Institute 2024-25

Dear OST Community,

As we wrap up the 2024–2025 school year, I want to say a huge thank you to every one of you who showed up, shared your voice, and made this year in the OST Learning Institute so meaningful - as of April 2025, 374 OST Professionals from 52 OST Programs attended over 2,542 hours of Professional Development in Communities of Practice, OST Symposium and Trainings. You brought your wisdom, creativity, vulnerability and your deep commitment to young people and filled spaces with reflection, connection, and community care.

I’m especially grateful for the ways you leaned into new ideas, tough conversations, and supported one another along the way. The fact that so many of you showed up, tried something new, and returned for multiple series tells me we’re building something special together.

Thank you for everything you do — not just in these professional development opportunities, but in your programs and with your young people every day. I’m looking forward to another year of learning, growing, and creating together.
