2. Select “Sign up” or “Login” to register for selected training
3. Click “add to my Sched” to register for training

Please note: New staff will be required to “Sign Up” to register for selected trainings. Once you selects “Sign Up” you will be directed to complete your new profile. Please take care to enter your details correctly, and identify which OST program you are attached to. Once you have successfully signed up, you can select “Sessions” to return to the list of trainings. ​

How to Facilitate Effectively in the Time of Physical Distancing

If you missed it on April 9th, this 2-hour workshop was delivered and recorded on the Zoom conferencing platform and facilitated by Joanna (Joey) Gattuso and Sol Gonzalez for Cambridge OST Providers. They began by sharing technical skills for hosting meetings on Zoom. Participants  explored many useful Zoom features from the chat to sharing screens. In hour two, participants dove deeper into how they can translate strong facilitation skills to online spaces. This included demonstrating the use of interactive slides, breakout groups, troubleshooting common issues, and applying these tools directly to the OST team's work.   Here is a link to the slide deck for the workshop and here is a link to a slide template for you to copy for your own use.
